Step 1 of 5 · Order
Your order is registered in our system.
The moment you book, your shipment gets its own order number. Verification for your car starts here — and the same number works on Order status.
Powered by FreightSeal, our own verification platform
Who the carrier really is, whether their insurance is active, and whether the insured truck is the one that shows up — checked on every load, by our own system.
Many brokers check a carrier once, when it signs up: documents and reviews. The trouble happens later, at your pickup, where those checks don’t reach.
Step 1 of 5 · Order
The moment you book, your shipment gets its own order number. Verification for your car starts here — and the same number works on Order status.
Step 2 of 5 · Identity
We text the phone number in the federal FMCSA registry — not a number the carrier gives us. Only the real owner of that number can confirm your load. A hijacked account never gets the text.
Example
Step 3 of 5 · Insurance
Once the carrier confirms, we request the certificate of insurance from their insurance agent — never from the carrier — and confirm the policy is active. The carrier never touches the document.
Step 4 of 5 · Insured trucks
The agent sends the VIN of every vehicle on the active policy. We keep the trucks only and store the exact list — so we know precisely which trucks are covered.
Example · trucks only
Step 5 of 5 · Pickup
At your pickup the driver photographs the truck’s VIN plate, and we capture the driver’s location at that moment. The VIN is matched against the agent’s list — a match means your car is loaded on a truck that’s actually insured.
Example
A common reason a cargo claim is denied: the truck wasn’t on the policy. We close exactly that gap — before your car is loaded.
Confirmed on the FMCSA phone — not a hijacked account.
The certificate comes straight from the agent.
The VIN at pickup matches the policy, and the driver is on location.
